Jefferies lifts second investment banking team from Deutsche

Jefferies has hired its second team of investment bankers from Deutsche Bank in a matter of weeks, as rival firms continue to capitalize on the German lender’s extensive job cuts.

The firm has brought on board four executives specializing in the real estate, gaming, lodging, and leisure sectors, according to a person familiar with the moves.

Rishi Bhuchar, who previously led coverage of these industries for Deutsche Bank across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), will assume the same role at Jefferies. He will share these responsibilities with US-based John Ockerbloom.
