What is the Harrison-Rush Referral Program?
If you know someone who would be a good fit for a position, feel free to refer them. If your referred candidate is hired, you are eligible for a $3,000 referral bonus. All referrals are confidential.
Additional Rules:
- We guarantee that rewards will be paid out within 3 months of the candidate’s start date.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals someone can make. All rewards will be paid accordingly.
- If two or more people refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive the referral reward.
- Referrers are still eligible for rewards even if a candidate is hired at a later time or for a different position.
Who Can Participate in the Harrison-Rush Referral Program?
Everyone is eligible to participate in the referral program except for:
- Senior management at Harrison-Rush.
- Recruiters and hiring managers for positions they are responsible for filling.
Note: Hiring managers cannot refer candidates for positions they are directly or indirectly responsible for. However, they can refer someone for a position in a different department, office, or function. This exception does not apply to executives or senior management.
Vendors, contractors, consultants, and former employees are also eligible to refer candidates.
Who Can Be Referred?
To qualify for a referral reward, candidates must meet the following conditions:
- They should not have applied to Harrison-Rush for at least one year.
- They must be hired as permanent full- or part-time employees (not as temporary employees or contractors).
Harrison-Rush encourages referrals to be submitted via an online form or by emailing referrals directly to [email protected].
We suggest reviewing our open positions and considering your social and external networks as potential sources for referred candidates.
Important Notes:
- Referral rewards may be subject to taxation.
- Harrison-Rush reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral bonus program, and changes will be communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Rewards for referrals made before any program changes will still be honored.
We also remind participants that Harrison-Rush is an equal opportunity employer. Referred candidates may take precedence in the hiring process, but they will receive the same consideration and pass through standard hiring procedures.
