Harrison Rush is seeking a Senior Recruiter to help lead the firm’s efforts in identifying, attracting and recruiting experienced candidates for key opportunities in the financial services industry, specifically for M&A, investment banking, private equity, and hedge funds. We advise clients by providing best-in-class insights for enduring success to grow and scale their business through high-touch recruitment advisory services.
As a member of Harrison Rush, the Senior Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or offsite environment. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in facing activities. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
Hands-on recruiting responsibilities for hiring roles, owning full life-cycle of the process including sourcing, screening and closing candidates.
Lead sourcing strategies through a variety of sourcing channels including the use of social media with an emphasis on passive candidate attraction and maximizing the benefits of social recruiting tools.
Collaborate with business partners on candidate offers.
Understand market trends and competitive dynamics, and develop talent acquisition strategies to achieve those targets.
Manage, leverage, and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to sourcing, assessing, and on-boarding qualified talent.
Drive operational efficiencies through clearly identified and measured performance metrics.
Nurture a culture of service, credibility, and partnership.
Requirements / Qualifications
5 or more years of professional experience with demonstrated success in the key responsibilities for this role; experience in investment banking recruiting preferred
Experience managing candidate flow utilizing tracking databases to facilitate reporting to leadership;
Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of candidates and clients
Experience in a plus
Excellent communication skills and adaptable style; enthusiastic and passionate approach regarding recruiting
